Sultan Matter Al Darai
A prominent Sheikh from the Al Darai community, well known and well respected for his social activities, Sultan Matter Al Darai played a key role in establishing HADCO. Since the beginning he has remained Chairman of the Company and continues to guide the management. He is also very active in the local business community and has promoted various other companies.

Hamdan Abdullah Al Saadi
Hamdan Al Saadi has led HADCO as Chief Executive Officer since September 2025, bringing close to 20 years of experience in Oman's oil & gas sector. He holds an MBA and CIPS qualification.
Before joining HADCO, he was Downstream Business Development Manager at Minerals Development Oman (MDO), Group Business Development Manager – Oman at NESR, and held a board role at Kunooz Oman Holding, alongside earlier experience at FOS Energy.
Mounther Al Shuaili
Mounther Al Shuaili leads HADCO's day-to-day operations from Muscat, coordinating the Operations, Well Service and Workshop teams. A graduate of the University of Bedfordshire, he spent 12 years working under HADCO's previous General Manager before stepping into the role himself.
Rafael Alejandro Castiblanco Guzman
Rafael Castiblanco leads business development at HADCO, building the client relationships and strategic partnerships that grow the company's presence in Oman's well services market. A graduate of Universidad de Los Andes, he brings 17 years with Schlumberger and 12 years with Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) to the role.
Mohammed Louyahi Al Darai
Mohammed Louyahi Al Darai leads Human Resources at HADCO, overseeing recruitment, training and the Omanisation programmes that keep national talent development at the centre of the company's growth.
Shafeek VM
Shafeek VM leads HADCO's finance function, managing the company's financial planning, controls and reporting in support of its long-term contracts with Oman's leading operators.
Salim Al Harthy
Salim Al Harthy leads Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at HADCO, driving the Goal Zero culture and management systems behind the company's HSE track record across every field operation.
Said Al Araimi
Said Al Araimi manages HADCO's field operations, coordinating crews and equipment across our service lines to keep every job running safely and on schedule.
Saud Al Darai
Saud Al Darai leads HADCO's well service line, overseeing the crews and units delivering slickline, wellhead maintenance and intervention work in the field.
